NEIGHBORHOOD STABILIZATION PROGRAM BEGINS!  The Cities of Garden Grove and Westminster are pleased to anounce that the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP). 

NSP funds can be used by low- and moderate-income individuals and families to assist with the purchase of a home that has been foreclosed (an "REO" property) in one of the eligible areas of Garden Grove or Westminster.
