The workshops are hosted by the Cities of Garden Grove and Westminster, you can attend workshops in either location regardless of which city you purchase your home. The workshop is divided into two, four hour sessions (A & B), you can attend either course first.  You must attend Workshop A or B before a loan reservation can be accepted and you must complete both Workshops A & B before your home purchase is completed.  You are also required to complete a one-hour counseling session with the Program Administrator.  This appointment will be scheduled after you attend the first workshop session.
